Plank is a fantastic exercise that utilises the entire body, although considered an abdominal or core exercise you also use legs, shoulders and arms in order to keep the tension required to hold the pose.
Download the video for a few plank exercise variations to keep things mixed up,
Perform each for 30 seconds before moving onto the next variation,
Once you have completed all 4 in succession rest for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times
Remember to keep your Abs engaged, your butt down and don’t sink into your shoulders!
