An easy healthy habit to start today is begin the day with hot water and lemon,
here’s why –

- Jumpstarts your digestive enzymes ready for the day ahead

Boil the kettle and let the water cool slightly before adding a slice of lemon (or lime if you prefer) as boiling water may kill off the enzymes
