An easy healthy habit to start today is begin the day with hot water and lemon,

here’s why –
  • Rehydrates your body after sleep, you lose moisture during the night
  • Jumpstarts your digestive enzymes ready for the day ahead
  • Gives you a nice dose of Vit-C

Boil the kettle and let the water cool slightly before adding a slice of lemon (or lime if you prefer) as boiling water may kill off the enzymes
